Any seasoned veterans got any advice to cutting weight for tournament?

1) What kind of meals did you eat? Two weeks prior? One week prior?

2) How much water weight to cut to be safe(day before or day of fight)?

3) Any secret techniques? i.e. sitting in a car with the heater on, sauna suit, etc

4) Other advice?

It all depends on:
- How much weight you need to lose
- How much time you have to lose it in
- How much time you have between weigh-ins and the actual match

If you are referring to the Triple Crown coming up, the weigh-ins are the day of the tournament. So cutting water weight is not the best way to go. You do not want to be dehydrated before you compete. Also, cutting carbs prior is not the best idea either. Carbs are a main source of energy. If you begin to cut your carbs, your energy level will greatly decrease.
