DECEMBER SCHEDULE

There are a lot of events happening for Team HK in the month of December. Make sure to check back daily for updates. Please check the "Events" calender also.

BLACK FRIDAY!!!!

If you are free to help out tonight, George & Maile need some extra hands to help move mats for their tournament. The mats will be already there in a U-Haul truck, all we gotta do is unload them and carry them into the gym & set them up. Last year it took us 45 minutes to do.

Relson Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Seminar & Promotion Day!

On Saturday December 19th, 2009 we will be having another Relson Gracie Jiu-Jitsu GI seminar. We will also be having the end of the year Promotions. So be sure to keep training hard and be there!

The team will possibly be getting together for some lunch & drinks after the event (location TBA).

Mayhem vs Shields!

CBS will be showing Strikeforce on Saturday night for FREE! Our friend Jason "MayheM" Miller will be fighting Jake Shields for the Strikeforce Middle Weight Championship belt. The fight will be held in Chicago so I'm not sure what time it will air here in Hawaii.

ZACK WINS @ H.A.P.A.!!!!!!!!!!

CONGRATULATIONS to Zack Pang! He defeated his opponent Dennis Kam with a reverse arm lock from the cross-side position @ 2:20 in the 2nd round. There was a heckler from the other team who tried to get in Zack's head with a lot of trash talk, but it didn't phase Zack at all. We will post the video Nora took later.

Movie Night at Team HK

This Wednesday night after class we will be starting Movie Night. The movie Brian & Todd have picked is Berry Gordy's The Last Dragon. We will start the movie at 9pm so that everyone will still have time to workout after class is over.



If you want to bring food or snacks that is okay. You can also order food from downstairs and bring it up, but be sure to do it before they close at 9pm.
