Competition Team Training

The next 2 Sundays, March 29th and April 5th, 2009 Team HK will be open from 11am - 12pm to members who are going to enter the Triple Crown Tournament. Even if you are not going to enter the tournament but wish to get in some extra training you are welcome. Bring a Gi, No Gi clothes, & running shoes.

We will be going over the point system, rules, strategies, drills, & possibly do a little run if we have enough energy. There will be no open mat time during this hour. If you come be ready to train hard.

This past sundays competition training was great, 13 team members showed up to train. The practice lasted until 1pm and will probably go until 1pm this sunday as well.
