This Saturday May 4th we are Holding a Headlock Escape Clinic between 12-1:30pm. The Clinic will cover all Headlock Escapes in our curriculum (Standing and on the Ground). Cost is $10 for the Adult members and Free for Kids.

Master Relson is back on the islands and will be teaching a seminar on Wednesday night March 13th, 2013 at Team HK. This will be a Gi seminar so please wear a White Gi if you have one, if not come anyway. Cost will be $30 and the seminar will be from 7pm-8pm. We will be canceling the Advanced class that night for this seminar. All levels are welcome to attend and all Relson Associations as well.
