Hawaii Triple Crown Jiu-Jitsu Tournament Today!

Class Canceled This Saturday

Class will be CANCELED this Saturday April 11th, 2009 due to the Hawaii Triple Crown Tournament. All of the instructors will be coaching that day & we have no one to teach the class. More information on the tournament can be found on the events calender located on the right of the main page.

Competition Team Training

The next 2 Sundays, March 29th and April 5th, 2009 Team HK will be open from 11am - 12pm to members who are going to enter the Triple Crown Tournament. Even if you are not going to enter the tournament but wish to get in some extra training you are welcome. Bring a Gi, No Gi clothes, & running shoes.

7 Years at IKF Dojo!

March 15th, 2009 was a good day for The Relson Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Team HK family. Maile Chinen passed her Karate test and was promoted a degree on her black belt during the day.

Class will be CANCELED on Saturday March 14th due to Karate Belt Promotions. Team HK's own Maile will be testing for a promotion to another degree on her Black Belt. Good luck to you Maile!

Mayhem & Takata @ Team HK!

MMA fighter Jason "Mayhem" Miller & 2008 US Olympic Judo star Taylor Takata stopped in for a training session at Team HK Jiu-Jitsu this morning along with friend Vail Minn. It was quite a treat to see these world class grapplers go at with each other. I was told not to sell the video footage and not to put it on youtube... they didn't say anything about putting up on TeamHK =).
