Kyle is recovering from shoulder surgery right now & will be back in action in a few weeks.

CBS will be showing Strikeforce on Saturday night for FREE! Our friend Jason "MayheM" Miller will be fighting Jake Shields for the Strikeforce Middle Weight Championship belt. The fight will be held in Chicago so I'm not sure what time it will air here in Hawaii.

Also on the card is Fedor vs Brett Rogers as the main event of the night.

Hey all, I just started working on the Big Island during the weekdays and already I am bummed that I cannot train with all of you. Good luck to all Relson Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Team HK competitors! All memebers make sure to wear your Black Team shirts, if you don't have one just wear your yellow one. The other Relson schools will be wearing their team shirts too so please try to sit with them as one big team.

Be on time today & be there no later then 10am for the rules clinic.

One last thing... bring home the SWORDS!!!!!!!!!!!!
