Who is invited: All Relson Gracie students and your families.
RSVP: To your academy’s instructor via email or phone.
What to bring: This will be a potluck so let your academy’s instructor know what you plan on bringing so we can try to not duplicate too many dishes. You don't have to go hog wild with stuff and spend too much money. If you bring the equivalent of a $10 dish or so, we will have a ton of food. We want this to be an inexpensive, fun time to share with the team and our families.
- Please feel free to bring tents, tables, mats to sit on.
- Please also bring your own beverages.

Academy Team Volleyball Contest with Trophy - Each academy is encouraged to create a volleyball team of members only (active academy student), no ringers or guests to compete against each other to win a trophy with a plate on it that says 1/24/09 Volleyball Champs to be kept at their academy for bragging rights until the next picnic.
