Relson Gracie Seminars & Promotions in February

Big Wednesday - February 11th



NO this is not a mistake or a double post!



Relson Gracie will be teaching his monthly seminar at Team HK on Wednesday night February 11th, 2009 at 6pm - 7pm.

Big Promotions!!!!!!





Relson Gracie Jiu-Jitsu O2 Martial Arts Academy instructors Chris Onzuka & Shane Agena will be promoted to the rank of Black Belt by Relson Gracie on Wednesday February 4th. The promotion will be held at the O2 Martial Arts Academy in Aiea at 8:30pm followed by a seminar taught by Relson.
