Television star Anthony Bourdain travels around the world for his job and while he has time off he makes sure to find a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu school to train at. He says that he tries to train everyday if he can. While here this week on the island of Oahu, in the city of Honolulu, Hawaii, Anthony took private classes from black belt Todd Tanaka at Relson Gracie Jiu-Jitsu…

We will be holding an In-School Tournament for the Kids today. There will be both Gi and No Gi divisions with medals for the winners. The cost is $20 and starts at 11am.

Immediately after the tournament we be having our holiday party. It is open to all Team HK members, their family and friends. Please bring a dish with you. Estimated time that we will start eating is 12:30pm

Grandmaster Relson Gracie will be teaching a seminar at Team HK on Monday night January 5th, 2015 at 6pm. Please wear a white Gi/Kimono. Belt promotions will be held after the seminar. All Relson Associations are welcome to attend.

Relson Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Team HK will be doing a Free Self-Defense workshop at the University of Hawaii tonight at the Campus Center Ballroom from 5-6:30pm.

The Academy will be closed on Monday September 1st in observance of Labor Day. All classes will resume as scheduled on Tuesday September 2nd.

Relson Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Team HK will be opening very soon in Las Vegas under Todd Tanaka 3rd degree Brown Belt Lee Sakai. Lee has been Todd's right hand man for many years and is now ready to open his own school. He will offer Self-Defense classes and sport Jiu-Jitsu classes to all ages.
