AM Classes - Closed

PM Classes - Open Mat 6pm-7pm

Saturday July 5th

AM Classes - Competition Class ONLY! 11am-12pm. All other classes cancelled.

Sunday July 6th

AM Classes - Closed

PM Classes - Guest Instructor Stuart Ramos FREE seminar 2pm-3pm, Women's Kickboxing is on! NO Open Mat

The entrance is located down the alley on the right side of the building. Please use the metal door to the left of the glass doors to enter.

We are located in Honolulu, Hawaii on the island of Oahu. We are just a 5 minute drive away from Waikiki, Kaimuki, Kahala, Kapahulu, Downtown & the University of Hawaii.
