Rhalan Gracie Seminar Tonight!

Rhalan Gracie will be teaching a seminar at Team HK tonight @ 6:30pm. This will be a Gi seminar. Rhalan will show some of the techniques that helped him place 2nd in the 2009 World Jiu-Jitsu Championships this past June.

Pac Sub OTM Tournament / Class Canceled

Due to the Pac Sub OTM Tournament held at the Neil Blaisdell Arena this weekend, Team HK will not be open. Class will is canceled on Saturday June 27th, & will resume on June 29th.

Just a reminder to all Team HK students, wear your Yellow Team shirts on Saturday & your Black Team shirts on Sunday. Please come down & support your team members in anyway you can (picture taking, video tapping, coaching, etc...).

The Date & Location have finally been set for The Team Hawaii Competition Fundraiser. This event was created to help raise money to send Gracie Team's Technics, HK, & O2 to compete in The World Jiu-Jitsu Championships in Long Beach CA.

2 More Day Classes Added in May!

Starting in the month of May Team HK will be adding Jiu-Jitsu classes on Tuesday & Thursday mornings. These classes will focus on the Traditional Self-Defense aspect of Gracie Jiu-Jitsu. The class will cover how to defend yourself from attacks standing and on the ground. There will be no tournament type techniques taught on these days. Relson or Rhalan Gracie will be there themselves to teach the class once a month.
