HAWAII TRIPLE CROWN JIU-JITSU TOURNAMENT TODAY

Coach Lee will be opening up the Dojo for the regularly scheduled class at 11am at University.

The Hawaii Triple Crown of Jiu-Jitsu Tournament is today. The adult weigh-in starts at 9:30am & ends at 11:30am. Coaches Kevin & Todd will be there at 11am. Don't forget to wear your Black Team Relson Shirts to the tournament, if you don't have that wear your yellow one.

TRIPLE CROWN TOURNAMENT

Information for the Hawaii Triple Crown Jiu-Jitsu Tournament can be found at http://www.hawaiitriplecrown.com. You must register for this tournament online using that site.

The tournament is Saturday August 14th, 2010. We will still be holding class on this day.

IN-SCHOOL TOURNAMENT DATE SET

We will be having another in-school tournament on Saturday August 28th. The rules & time limits will be the dame as the last one. Cost of the tournament will be $10. Awards will be given to 1st, 2nd, & 3rd place. We will start the tournament at 9am so that we will have enough time to watch the UFC Penn vs Edgar 2 at Kanpai afterwards.

GALAXY MMA TONIGHT!

Galaxy MMA is tonight at the Blaisdell Arena. Come support the Relson Gracie Team! My friend Gina Hiraizumi will be singing the national anthem, check her out at http://www.ginaonline.net. The after party will be held at Kanpai Bar and Grill.

FORGETTING ANDY MARSHALL

Forgetting Andy Marshall won't be an easy thing for any of us. The newly promoted brown belt under O2 Martial Arts left the island of Oahu today to pursue his studies in becoming a doctor. He will be living in New Orleans for the next couple of years & we wish him all the best. BEACH BBQ GOING AWAY PARTY THIS SATURDAY JULY 10TH!!!

After class this Saturday July 10th, we will be having a BBQ Potluck style at Ala Moana Beach Park (The usual spot). This is Going Away party is for 2 of our Relson Gracie family members.



Lenora Matanane will be leaving on July 12th back to Guam & Andrew Marshall going to New Orleans on July 21st. Both are leaving Hawaii to pursue their careers.

Pac Sub Tournament

This Friday & Saturday June 11 & 12 classes will be canceled due to the Pac Sub Tournament held at the Neil Blaisdell Arena.

Please come down to support your team mates that are competing. Wear your Black Team shirts or yellow if you don't have the black one.

CLASSES WILL BE OPEN ON MEMORIAL DAY!

Both morning and night classes will be OPEN on Monday. In an earlier post I posted that classes will be canceled but Brian decided to open and teach class. So remember that in June Mondays are NO GI.

FINALLY! TEAM HK KIDS CLASSES!!!

Starting on Wednesday June 2nd we will now offer kids classes for kids ages 5 - 13 years old at our University Location. Class times will be Monday & Wednesdays from 5pm-6pm. These classes will be taught with the use of a kimono (GI). Contact Todd for more info 277-1128.

We also currently have classes on Tuesday & Thursdays at our Kaimuki location from 5pm-6pm for ages 5-9 years old. 6pm-7pm for ages 10-15 years of age.
