ART OF JIU-JITSU INSTRUCTOR IAN DELIZO SEMINAR!!!

Art of Jiu-Jitsu instructor Ian Delizo will be teaching tonight at Relson Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Team HK. This seminar is open to all schools, the cost is $30. He will be teaching the latest Gi techniques covering both the top and bottom of the guard.

The seminar will start at 7pm and end at 9pm. Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to sign-in.

6pm Gracie Combatives class is still on, but the 7pm Master Cycle class will be cancelled due to this seminar.
