MAKAPU'U LIGHT HOUSE / TIDE POOLS HIKE



Our next hike is right around the corner!!! We'll be doing the Makapuu "Secret" Trail (according to Dimitri) to the tide pools. So come out and get some sun, fun and a workout with us!! You will have a treat after the hike =)....maybe Teddy's, or Kokonuts, or....BOTH!!

MANOA FALLS TRAIL....THIS SUN, SEPT. 20TH



Sorry for the late posting everyone, but here it is...information for our hike this coming Sunday.



WHAT: Manoa Falls Trail Hike

WHEN: Sunday, September 20th

TIME: 11:30 am (meet at the dojo and we can car pool down)

HOW LONG: I think it's a 2~3 mile hike

BRING: shoes, water, towel & swim wear (not too sure if you can swim in the water), sunscreen, etc.

Congratulations to all of the Team HK students who entered todays Hawaii Triple Crown tournament. Win or Lose, you went in there & put it all on the line. I'm proud of all of you, & would like to thank you for representing Relson Gracie Jiu-Jitsu.

Hey guys Romolo called today & said the deadline to sign up online is this week Friday September 4th. If you do not sign up online by this time you will not get a tournament shirt.

Triple Crown Tournament Competition Classes.

Starting August 31st we will be having tournament training classes up until the Triple Crown Tournament on September 12th. These classes will be held on Monday & Wednesday nights from 8pm until 8:30pm. These classes will cover the rules & point system, as well as tournament strategies & drills. I expect everyone who is planning on entering the Triple Crown & NAGA to attend these classes.

Rhalan Gracie Seminar Tonight!

Rhalan Gracie will be teaching a seminar at Team HK tonight @ 6:30pm. This will be a Gi seminar. Rhalan will show some of the techniques that helped him place 2nd in the 2009 World Jiu-Jitsu Championships this past June.
