MAKAPU'U LIGHT HOUSE / TIDE POOLS HIKE

Our next hike is right around the corner!!! We'll be doing the Makapuu "Secret" Trail (according to Dimitri) to the tide pools. So come out and get some sun, fun and a workout with us!! You will have a treat after the hike =)....maybe Teddy's, or Kokonuts, or....BOTH!!

Sorry for the late posting everyone, but here it is...information for our hike this coming Sunday.



WHAT: Manoa Falls Trail Hike

WHEN: Sunday, September 20th

TIME: 11:30 am (meet at the dojo and we can car pool down)

HOW LONG: I think it's a 2~3 mile hike

BRING: shoes, water, towel & swim wear (not too sure if you can swim in the water), sunscreen, etc.

Alright guys & gals...for those that are interested, we're planning a hike up the KOKO HEAD TRAIL the beginning of January. A date has yet to be set but we're looking at a Sunday, maybe the 11th....Good way to burn off that holiday "pudge" we packed on :) .....and after we'll all go get some ACAIIII!!!!!~~~~~~!!
