Christmas & New Years Schedule

Team HK classes will OPEN on Christmas EVE & New Years EVE. Brandon Bernardino will be teaching class on those nights. Team HK be CLOSED on Christmas DAY & New Years DAY. However you can go to the O2 Martial Arts Academy on those days and Brandon Bernardino will be teaching.

Relson & Rhalan Gracie FREE Seminar!!!!!!!!

KOKO HEAD HIKE

LET'S GO~~~~!!

Alright guys & gals...for those that are interested, we're planning a hike up the KOKO HEAD TRAIL the beginning of January. Rhalan Gracie FREE Seminar


Rhalan Gracie will be teaching class on Monday night December 15th. It will be a Free class to those students who have paid for this month. All drop in's will be $15.

Please bring your Gi as well as a pair of shorts & an old T-shirt. He will be covering ground self-defense techniques as well as a few MMA moves.

Mat Set Up for George Kotaka's Tournament

All Team HK students who can make it this Friday(Nov. 28) to Manoa Valley District Gym #2, 2721 Kaaipu Ave. Honolulu, HI 96822 at 5pm. Students will meet at University Square at 4:30pm and carpool down to the gym at 4:45pm. Those who miss the carpool will just have to meet the team at the gym. Congratulations My Bahdy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just got word that our bahdy Kyle Olivares from the O2 Martial Arts Academy decided last minute to enter the Longman Jiu-Jitsu tournament in Kauai. He choked out Longman Jiu-Jitsu Brown Belt Luke Hacker in a No GI Superfight. Congratulations to Kyle, enjoy the rest of your vacation!

Sorry everybahdyz!

The TFL is not going to be having any more events and i'm sorry for embarresing the sport of MMA and Jiu-jitsu. The TFL was something that was started before we actually started training and now that we have learned to be humble and disiplined we see that it was really stupid to start something like that. Thank God no one has been seriously hurt in the events that the TFL has already had, and now I assure you that no one will ever get seriously hurt in the TFL, being that the TFL doesn't exist… Continue
