Art of Jiu-Jitsu instructor Ian Delizo will be teaching tonight at Relson Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Team HK. This seminar is open to all schools, the cost is $30. He will be teaching the latest Gi techniques covering both the top and bottom of the guard.

The seminar will start at 7pm and end at 9pm. Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to sign-in.

Grandmaster Relson Gracie will be holding a Super Seminar at Team HK on Monday February 25th. He will be teaching the kid's bullyproof, women's self-defense, and then Jiu-Jitsu for all levels. This seminar is open to the public.
