Class Canceled This Saturday

Class will be CANCELED this Saturday April 11th, 2009 due to the Hawaii Triple Crown Tournament. All of the instructors will be coaching that day & we have no one to teach the class. More information on the tournament can be found on the events calender located on the right of the main page.

Competition Team Training

The next 2 Sundays, March 29th and April 5th, 2009 Team HK will be open from 11am - 12pm to members who are going to enter the Triple Crown Tournament. Even if you are not going to enter the tournament but wish to get in some extra training you are welcome. Bring a Gi, No Gi clothes, & running shoes.

Big Promotions!!!!!!





Relson Gracie Jiu-Jitsu O2 Martial Arts Academy instructors Chris Onzuka & Shane Agena will be promoted to the rank of Black Belt by Relson Gracie on Wednesday February 4th. The promotion will be held at the O2 Martial Arts Academy in Aiea at 8:30pm followed by a seminar taught by Relson.

Team HK Golf Tournement - Hawaii Kai - Par 3

We are trying to organize a Team HK golf tournament at the Hawaii Kai - Par 3 golf course. We are looking at doing it in the beginning of March, possibly on Sunday, March 15th. There is a sign up sheet that you can put your name on at class if you are interested in participating. Approximate cost would probably be around $20 - $25 to play and would also include some prizes as well. If we can get enough people, we may even be able to get a cheaper rate for the course.
