MAKAPU'U LIGHT HOUSE / TIDE POOLS HIKE
Our next hike is right around the corner!!! We'll be doing the Makapuu "Secret" Trail (according to Dimitri) to the tide pools. So come out and get some sun, fun and a workout with us!! You will have a treat after the hike =)....maybe Teddy's, or Kokonuts, or....BOTH!!

MANOA FALLS TRAIL....THIS SUN, SEPT. 20TH
Sorry for the late posting everyone, but here it is...information for our hike this coming Sunday.
WHAT: Manoa Falls Trail Hike
WHEN: Sunday, September 20th
TIME: 11:30 am (meet at the dojo and we can car pool down)
HOW LONG: I think it's a 2~3 mile hike
BRING: shoes, water, towel & swim wear (not too sure if you can swim in the water), sunscreen, etc.
